ActivitiesThe church's activities can be split into what we do on a Sunday - our main meeting day - and what happens throughout the week. This page outlines what happens on a Sunday - please follow the links in the bottom left pane for other activities. SundaysOur main church family time runs from 10am to about 12.30am. In the evening we meet again at 6pm in a more informal time, often with questions and discussion following the teaching. All age Bible Classes 10:00 amThese take place for both children and adults from 10:00 to 10:45am. They run in term time only. Specific age related classes are run for children. Adults are generally split into two or three Bible class groups. Fellowship time 10:45 am - 11:15 amWe have a break and spend time together as a church family with refreshments. When there are no Bible classes, our family time together starts at 10:45am. All age service 11:15 am - 12:15 pmThis contains a time of praise/prayer and Bible teaching (normally split about 50:50 between the two). Sermon helps are provided for children. Once a month we celebrate the Lord's Supper (the second Sunday of each month). Evening praise 6:00pm - 7:15pm approxThe more informal evening service includes teaching often linked to the morning meeting as well as opportunities for testimony. There are sometimes slots for questions and discussion following on from the teaching. We celebrate the Lord's Supper on the fourth Sunday of each month. |
